The Basotho Village offers five-star facilities, which include following:
Underfloor-heating, extra heater, flat-screen tv with DSTV, outdoor shower, swimming pool, business and LAN-centre, bar, room services, en-suite dressing room, shuttle services, airconditioning, coffee & tea facilities, Wi-Fi internet access, En-suite bathroom (shower & bath).

Honeymoon Suites

Millions of people are living in informal settlements across South Africa. These settlements consist of thousands of houses also referred to as Shacks, Shantys or Makhukhus.

A Shanty usually consists of old currugated iron sheets or any other waterproof material which is constructed in such a way to form a small "house" or shelter where they make a normal living. A paraffin lamp, candles, a battery operated radio, an outside toilet (also referred to as a long drop) and a drum where they make fire for cooking is normally part of this lifestyle.

Now you can experience staying in a Shanty within the safe environment of a private game reserve. This is the only Shanty Town in the world equipped with under-floor heating and wireless internet access!

The Shanty Town is ideal for team building, braais, fancy theme partys and an experience of a lifetime. Accommodates up to 52 guests. Our Shantys are completely safe and child friendly. This is an experience you will never forget!

At Emoya Wildlife and Conference Estate we offer various adventure activities for any age. We do anything from teambuilding, kayaking, river rafting, rock climbing, paintball and even fitness training. We also offer adventure camps where we can teach children great life and leadership skills.

Game and Internet Center
Our 10 player Gaming and Internet Center, offers ages from 8 years and up.Enjoy a professionally run, safe & well disciplined gaming environment.

Birthday Parties
We've hosted tons of "Brilliant" Birthday Parties. Nobody in the Free State offers you gaming parties like ours. Your kids will love you for it!

After School Club
During term time our after school club takes place from 3pm - 7pm, Mon - Fri, and costs only R10.00 an hour to play. During the school holidays we're open for gaming sessions every day. Perfect for busy Mums & Dads looking for somewhere safe & inexpensive to entertain the family!
