We offer facilities including the following:
10 double and 4 superior suites, 2 fully equipped conference rooms, our own transport vehicle, dinners on request, swimming pool and wireless email facilities.

About our Guesthouse
Bell Rosen Guesthouse is situated on a green belt between the Bellville Golf Course and the Tygerberg Nature Reserve in the distinguished suburb of Welgemoed. We offer 15 En-Suite 4-star graded bed and breakfast accommodation.

About our Rooms
Bell Rosen Guesthouse offers 15 En-suite rooms, our suite are tastefully finished and decorated. They are warm and spacious - designed to meet the needs of our discerning clientele. Please note: All our rooms are non smoking.
We offer four room types:
· Standard Rooms, basic with in-suite bathroom.
· Standard Suites, in-suite, more spacious than our standard rooms.
· Executive Suite, lounge separate from bedroom overlooking golf course. Suitable for 2 adults and 2 small children (sleeper couch)
· CEO Suite, Large lounge separate from spacious bedroom overlooking golf course. Suitable for a family of 4.

· Each of our 15 double rooms offer a private bathroom, telephone, ceiling fan, television, electric blanket, safe, hairdryer , refreshments and coffee and tea making facilities
· The Lord's Lounge (our multi-purpose function & conference venue).
· The PSS conference venue.
· Swimming pool
· Airport Charter / Shuttle Service (available on request).
· Dinners served if pre-booked, or as an alternative, you can dine at one of the licensed restaurants on our doorstep.
· Conventional telephone e-mail connection in each room.
· Broadband ADSL internet facilities with wireless accessibility.
· No smoking permitted in bedrooms please.
· Our ground-floor rooms are designed to be wheelchair friendly and accessible.
· Health Breakfasts between 9h30 and 12h00
· Children under 10 stay free (Excludes school holidays. Pays only for breakfast)

The Guesthouse has comfortable Conference facilities that overlooks the superb Bellville Golf Course in Welgemoed. Quiet but centrally situated, Bell Rosen Guesthouse offers you the ideal setting for your Conference. Modern Conference equipment, professional service and individual care allows you to a completion of a successful presentation.

Arrivals
Check in time is at 14h00. Should you wish to arrive earlier please let us know before arriving. Banking Closest banking can be done at Tygervalley Shopping Centre.
Here you will find foreign exchange and a branch of the major South African banks. Car Rental Out team can source the best car rental prices for you, please ask at reception or request when making your booking. Credit Card Facilities Visa, MasterCard, Diners and American Express

Departure Departure time is 10:00 a.m. Please inform Reception if you should depart later. If you wish to depart earlier than 6a.m the next morning please settle your bill the night before. Culture activities Please enquire at Reception.
Dinners
Are available on request and needs to be pre-booked. Served between 19:00 and 20:00 in dining room or after 20:00 served in your room.

Domestic Animals
Unfortunately we do not have facilities to accommodate them. No pets allowed. Emergencies In a case of emergency please contact reception.

Get on the M22 then turn right into Modderdam Road ( M10), then turn left into De La Rey Road.

Carry on straight until you get to the T-junction, then turn right into Voortrekker Road (R102).

Carry on straight until you get to Mike Pienaar (M16) at Mike Pienaar turn left and stay in Mike Pienaar, Mike Pienaar becomes Jip De Jager.

Stay in Jip De Jager until you get to the Golf course, at the Golf Course entrance is a Traffic-light, at this Traffic-light turn left into Pandoer.

We are on the corner of Pandoer and Kommissaris Street· Our entrance is to your right at 116 Kommissaris Street.

From N1 coming from Paarl:
Drive on the N1 from Paarl, take exit 20 ( Karl Bremer Hospital / Jip De Jager). Then turn right into Jip De Jager, stay in Jip De Jager until you get to the Golf course.
At the Golf Course entrance is a Traffic-light, at this Traffic-light turn left into Pandoer. We are on the corner of Pandoer and Kommissaris Street. Our entrance is to your right at 116 Kommissaris Street.

Directions on the N1 from Cape Town:
Take exit 20 (Karl Bremer Hospital / Jip De Jager). Turn left into Jip De Jager, stay in Jip De Jager until you get to the Golf Course.

Directions from Durban Road (Tygervalley):
Coming on Durban Road from the N1 past Tygervalley centre on your left. Past the Centre, the first road turn left into Old Oak Road.
At the next Traffic-light turn right into Tygervalley Road then at the next Traffic-light turn left into Van Riebeeckshof Road.
At the following Traffic-light turn left into Jip De Jager, stay in Jip De Jager until you get to the Golf Course. At the Golf Course entrance is a Traffic-light at this Traffic-light turn right into Pandoer. We are on the corner of Pandoer and Kommissaris Street, our entrance is to your right at 116 Kommissaris Street.
