It is also exceptionally well-situated to be the central point to your adventure into the Garden Route.

Only 1km from the N2 at the beginning of the Garden Route between Riversdale and Albertinia, this charming ostrich farm is the ideal halfway stopover between Cape Town and Port Elizabeth, with George Airport 80km away.
Staying here is the perfect centre of a hub which includes an amazing number of diverse activities in the general locale.

Luxury self-catering unit - Benjamin
Sleeps 4 guests, is fully equipped and it is like a house. Guests are accommodated in 2 rooms, in a double bed and 2 single beds.
The bathroom has a bath and shower and other facilities include a TV, CD player, new fully equipped kitchen, microwave, oven, fridge and kettle. Meals are available by arrangement

Dan unit has 2 rooms each with two single beds and it accommodated 4 guests. There is a kitchenette with micro wave, toaster, kettle and coffee station, bathroom, own entrance and patio onto the garden.

Ruben unit has 2 rooms, kitchenette with micro wave, toaster, kettle and coffee station, bathroom, TV (SABC 1-3 and eTV) and DVD player, own entrance and patio onto the garden. The two rooms have one double bed and two single beds, 4 guests are accommodated here.

Unit has 1 room, kitchenette with micro wave, toaster and kettle with coffee station. There is a bathroom, own entrance and patio onto garden. The bedroom has two single beds and sleeps only 2 guests.

NB: This charming cottage is not four star graded. It has 3 bedrooms (one double bed and seven single beds), a kitchen, 1 bathroom with bath and shower, living-room with TV, own entrance and braai facilities.

How To Get To Zoutpan Struishuis

From Riversdale
Pass Riverdale on N2. Look for the Stilbay turn-off. Don't turn off, but proceed from there another 14km on the N2 towards Albertinia.
Look out for the brown Zoutpan sign. Turn right onto a gravel road for 1km and arrive at Zoutpan Struishuis Guest Farm.

From Albertinia
Past Albertinia for 10km. Look out for the brown Zoutpan sign. Turn left onto a gravel road for 1km and arrive at Zoutpan Struishuis Guest Farm.
