It is surrounded by 22 hectares of indigenous fynbos and forest and basks in panoramic views of the Outeniqua mountains, the famous Knysna oyster beds and the yachts at the Knysna Quays. Knysna offers a temperate climate and on those warm summer days Brenton Hill Guest House is the ideal location to relax on a sun lounger by the pool or take a 2 minute drive to the idyllic Brenton on Sea and walk along the beach to Buffels Bay. All our spacious 4 star rooms and suites, bar one, have breathtaking views overlooking the Knysna lagoon and have a patio leading down to the lawned gardens and swimming pool.
Loerie and Oystercatcher Suites
These 2 suites have a living room area where you can sit and
relax in the comfort of your own private space. They have panoramic views
overlooking the Knysna lagoon, are en suite with bath and shower and are
fully equipped with television (full guesthouse DSTV) hairdryer, safe,
ceiling fan and tea / coffee making facilities, complimentary water and
chocolates.
Hoopoe, Hadeda Luxury Rooms
Our 4 luxury rooms are all en-suite and have Knysna lagoon views
and are equipped with television, hairdryer, safe, ceiling fan and tea
/ coffee making facilities, complimentary water and chocolates.
Eagles Nest and Weavers Nest Family Suites
We have 2 family suites available. These suites have an interlocking
door between each double room, are en suite with breathtaking views overlooking

Drongo Double Room
We have one double room that looks out onto the jungle gym and

seating capacity of 50 persons cinema style or 22 persons, tables U shaped.
Our conference centre lends itself to private functions, whether it be
a themed children's party with an enclosed jungle gym opposite or a more

How To Get To Brenton Hill Guest House
Follow the lagoon and go over the white bridge and take the first right
(signposted to Belvidere and Brenton on Sea).
Follow the road round to the right, go under the same bridge you previously
crossed, follow that road then you will pass Belvidere on your left.
Pass a view point on your left (stunning views over the knysna lagoon),
pass a view point on the right (spot the whales!).
Pass Villa Castollini on the left, continue down the hill and there is
a sign post on the left hand side for Lake Brenton. Turn left immediately
BEFORE this sign and follow the dirt track down to the gate where you
will be buzzed in.
