BUFFALO BAY BEACH:
Buffalo Bay is situated midway between Sedgefield and Knysna. With fine, sandy beaches stretching all the way to Brenton on Sea, it offers beautiful views and breathtaking sunsets. Buffalu Bay is a family beach with safe swimming and excellent surfing conditions, including a "wild side".
Perfect for long walks, beach fishing and whale & dolphin spotting. For the more adventurous, saddle up for an exhilarating horse ride through the surf.

KNYSNA ELEPHANT PARK:
Join the southern most elephants in the world at the Knysna Elephant Park where our resident family of African elephants and world-class guides will unravel the sad and mystical story of the Knysna Elephants. The park offers a rare and exciting opportunity to get close to these gentle giants, who live in a controlled, free range environment in the heart of the famous Garden Route.

MONKEYLAND & WORLD OF BIRDS:
Monkeyland opened its doors to the public on the 6th of April 1998. Our unique primate sanctuary is currently the top eco-tourism attraction on the Garden Route and for very sound and sunny reasons.
Monkeyland has captured the hearts of visitors in its efforts to rehabilitate and free previously caged primates. The sanctuary is exceptional as it caters for several species of primates who are not caged. They are free to move about the forest and this they do most harmoniously.
On the guided safaris you can expect to see a variety of primates, ranging from the Gibbons of Asia to the Lemurs of Madagascar.

FEATHERBED NATURE RESERVE:
Featherbed is a privately-owned, registered Nature Reserve and a South African Heritage site, No.59. It is a pristine piece of paradise situated on the Western Head of Knysna and is accessible by ferry only.
This spectacular four-hour eco-experience includes a return ferry trip, nature drive and guided walk, ending with a sumptuous buffet lunch at the Food Forest Restaurant.

Pezula Championship Course adjacent to Pezula Resort Hotel & Spa is a sweeping spectacle of fairways and greens rolling through the pristine Southern Cape landscape.

Directions:
From the N2, follow signs to "The heads and Leisure isle" on George Rex drive, past the Knysna golf course, then follow sign to the right to "Leisure isle" on the causeway.
At the stop street and security hut turn left into Woodbourne road, then the 5th road right into George avenue and Belle Ile is sign posted on your right hand side, no 10, double storey French Provencal house with green shutters.
