36 Alfred Street
This 1800's Cottage is set in the picturesque town of Stromness and has just come on the holiday market. The one bedroom cottage has been totally redecorated along with new furniture, fittings and stylish contemporary nautical décor.
It is cosy and quaint and has shared water frontage on the Stromness Harbour. Sunrises are quite spectacular as one looks across the picturesque harbour with the Hoy High Lighthouse visible on the island Of Graemsey. An interesting assortment of vessels cruise past from fishing vessels leaving early in the morning to the impressively large Hamnavoe that ferries passengers to Stromness from the main land.
Anderson’s Harbour Cottage has a modern, well equipped kitchen with brand new fridge, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and microwave. It is equipped with everything for you to indulge in, the fresh seafood you can buy locally and prepare with flair. The bathroom is newly tiled and spacious with a fresh and dainty feel about it. It has a bath with a glass shower above the bath. The bedroom has white percale linen and is quite romantic with Capri white furniture complementing the charming feel and accompanying décor.
There is a small room leading off from the bedroom, which would be suitable for small children to use, it has a bunk bed in it. It also has a nice selection of books to indulge in while you relish the charming atmosphere of village life in Stromness. And if you are into TV, there is a large new flat screen TV too. There is also a desk which is equipped with basic office equipment in case you need to do some work while visiting our shores. There is off road public parking close by, for all sizes of cars.

40 Alfred Street
Not many cottages have their own private pier and steps down to the sea as well as the great view over the sea and islands yet 40 Alfred Street holds a prime position on the harbour Front. The cottage on 40 Alfred Street is built out of stone and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the main bedroom is ensuite. The cottage was built in the customary character Stromness style of the 1800’s, the quaint main bedroom is upstairs with a brand new luxurious bathroom en-suite equipped with both a bath and a separate shower. Down stairs there is another attractive bedroom with a double bed and a separate bathroom with a shower in it. The cottage has Its own private parking Anderson’s Harbour Cottage on 40 Alfred Street is fully equipped & serviced weekly.

4 South End
This 3-bedroom, 2,5-bathroom quaint 1800's Harbour Cottage has just come on to the Holiday market! Anderson’s Harbour Cottage on 4 South End is furnished with the same finishes, touches and character of the other Anderson cottages, retaining the charm of yesteryear but with every modern amenity. This Harbour Cottage has its own private pier, garden and parking. When the sun is shining enjoy sitting out on the private pier or in the garden and when it is cold enjoy the open fireplace and indulge yourself in a well-stocked holiday library, good music system, DVD player and DVD's as well as a flat screen TV and free WIFI access.
