Reviews of Arebbusch Travel Lodge in Windhoek Namibia

I adore visiting Arrebusch and I stay at the Lodge every 6 weeks on business travel to Windhoek. I stay 3 nights most of the time. I’ve stayed there now about 10 times already.

Because I’m tired of Hotels, I took a shot at Arrebusch and I’ve never looked back. Situated in a fantastic location and area, it gives you the feeling that you in Namibia, and not just in another common 4 star Hotel, which all seem to look similar. I decided I wanted to stay in the self catering units, rather than the rooms. When the day is at an end, I get a fire going, pour myself a drink and sit under the warm African night.

While the breakfast served is good, the dinners may need a bit of work to bring up to expected standards. That’s one of the reasons I chose rather to self cater. A very nice place to start and definitely worth the money.

Small rooms but great in every other way. What I loves about this place is there is not a speck of dust to be seen anywhere. As we have a guesthouse of our own situated in Luderitz 'spacious and cleanliness' is the most satisfying comment we receive and naturally what I look for in all accommodation whilst travelling.

Clean and not overly big B&B Chalets, adequate for a short stay which was 2 nights for us. Nicely laid out, with a covered parking at each one. We chose the breakfast and found it to be very satisfying.

The lodge is located about 6km from Windhoek centre, but that was not a problem for us.

An oasis in Windhoek. Clean rooms and 2 accommodation types: camping, budget self catering, and executive rooms within a small square.

Well organized for all traveller types, with a restaurant that suites all your needs.
