Heather Coulter looks forward to welcoming you to her tranquil Georgian riverside home, where you can enjoy a night, or more, and spend the days exploring the nearby countryside and market towns.
Marlborough has a thriving weekly market, hosts an annual jazz festival and the Mop fair, when the streets are closed to traffic and there is a real carnival atmosphere.
Marlborough is also the location of the very popular school, Marlborough College, and Heather is always pleased to welcome parents of children who attend the college when they want to attend parent’s events, drama, sporting or musical activities.
Heather also knows a lot about local restaurants, and if you need a recommendation, you only have to ask. There is a good local golf club set in beautiful country side just outside the town, and the nearby towns of Hungerford and Pewsey are also worth a visit.
Set in the valley of the River Kennet and just two miles from the attractive market town of Marlborough, this is one of the prettiest houses in Wiltshire, with wonderful views down to the river which winds all the way through Marlborough and beyond.
Ducks will come up the lawn to greet you in the morning, or you can stroll down the garden to watch the activity on the river.
