Welcome to Seashore Cottage - Your home away from home on Prince Edward Island! We are thrilled that for 5 straight years, Seashore Cottage has earned a 4-Star Rating from PEI's Canada Select accommodation rating system. The ocean out one door, Miminegash pond out the other - Seashore Cottage is situated on 250' of oceanfront sandy beach. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the 37' long screened porch. Walk for miles on a beautiful sand beach. Stroll to the harbour to purchase fresh seafood off a local fishing boat in season.

Satellite TV is provided, but with so much here to do and see, we'll understand if you never turn it on. We made sure that books and classic boardgames are on hand for those rare rainy days.

Local Stuff
Fresh Seafood - Fresh fish and lobster (depending on season) is available at the Miminegash Harbour between noon and 2pm directly from the fishermen.

Irish Moss Interpretive Centre - Learn everything there ever was to know about Irish moss through videos and displays at the Irish Moss Interpretive Centre. Open June to late September. Admission fees charged.

Seaweed Pie Cafe - The Seaweed Pie cafe is located at the Irish Moss Interpretive Centre. Food includes local favorites, including mussels, crab cakes and seafood chowder. Don't forget to try the 'Seaweed Pie'! Open 11am-7pm, June to late September.
