About Us
Our motel was originally built in 1988, the current owner, Neil Perry purchased the property in 1997 and renovations began immediately. In 1998 an old fishing boat was hauled to the property and Neil started construction of a beautiful boat house. The boat house is visited and reserved by many tourists each year. And in 2011, it was featured in the June issue of Downhome Magazine "Stay Somewhere Different" as well as in the Journal Pioneer article "Looking outside the box for accommodations?"

We are situated between Tignish and North Cape in Seacow Pond and our motel faces the Gulf of St. Lawrence. During spring lobster season (May & June), you can sit in our gazebo with your morning coffee and watch the lobster fishermen in their boats hard at work.

We have the perfect spot for family reunions, small weddings or just a getaway retreat. We pride ourselves on taking excellent care of our guests and making them feel at home from the instant they step through our doors. We will do our best to supply you with whatever you may need so if you don't see it in your room, all you have to do is ask.

We accomodate bikers (both motor and pedal) and offer services to make your journey unforgetable. So don't delay, pedal across the island on the Confederation Trail and start or finish at the Island's End!

We welcome pets as well and Maggie, our Westie, loves to greet all our 4 legged guests.
