Located in West Prince near Kildare Capes, Aquinnah is a haven of privacy yet minutes away from picturesque fishing villages, world-class golf, shopping and restaurants. Relax on the screened porch enjoying the hummingbirds flitting by, the afternoon osprey soaring over the sea, a rabbit basking in the sun. Enjoy the beach at any time of the day with morning coffee, for an afternoon swim, or stargazing around a bonfire. Lovely, 2400-sq.-ft. seaside home in private forest setting, just behind the dunes and secluded sandy beach. View the sunrise and the abundant bird life from the 300-sq.-ft. screened porch, or the upper deck. Two queen bedrooms with ensuite baths. Sleeping loft with double pull-out couch and ensuite bath; sun room with queen pull-out couch.

Gourmet kitchen, beautifully appointed open-concept living/dining area. Laundry room, satellite TV, DVD, internet, fax. Wood-burning fireplace, barbecue, outdoor amenities. Championship golf course nearby.

The beautiful screened porch is perfect for morning coffee, and viewing the abundant birdlife. The sunroom has a double pull out couch and airy wicker furniture. Enjoy the wide screen T.V. or read by the fire in the great room.

The kitchen is appointed with a Jenn Aire stove set into a custom island and the loft has a sitting room, double pull-out couch, private bathroom, and 9 ft. sliding glass doors leading to deck overlooking the sea.

The South bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite bath with a walk-in granite shower and private access to ground level deck. ...including towels and complimentary toiletries. The North bedroom has a queen size bed with custom draperies and top quality bedding. The large ensuite bathroom has a soaker tub and shower.
