By the sea: Moonlight Cottage By-the-Sea is located by the ocean on the eastern side of the Island. The unique setting on St. Andrews Point provides stunning views of St. Mary’s Bay, Cardigan Bay, Georgetown Harbour and Panmure Island. Many think Panmure Island’s white sand dunes showcase the best beach on P.E.I. This long natural shoreline is only 15 minutes away.
Sitting on the back deck at Moonlight Cottage By-the-Sea, you’ll command spectacular views of ocean waters. There is usually a breeze and the sea shore where you can swim or collect sea shells, is only steps away.

The Bedrooms: One room with a queen bed has a sea view. The second bedroom with a single bed faces flower gardens with an abundance of Gold and Red Finches flocking to the bird feeders.

Décor: Step in on pine floors to an ambience of warmth and charm of the country antiques.

Amenities: Phone, wireless internet, Satellite TV, DVD, CD player. Microwave, Dishwasher, BBQ, all cooking and seafood utensils. An outside cooker is available to enjoy fresh lobsters and Atlantic Blue Mussels. Air Conditioner. Washer/dryer and laundry supplies included. Hair dryer, soaps, towels as well as paper products are provided. Electric heat with thermostat in each room. Pets not allowed. You’re welcome to smoke outside. Things to do

On site:
Watch the sunrise while enjoying early morning coffee on the deck. Savor the Island breezes as you watch the fishing boats come and go from five harbours.

Escape into a book or watch the resident seals swim in St. Mary’s Bay. Occasionally porpoises can be seen jumping in the ocean waters. This is a great area to dig for clams, beach comb or fly kites. Birdlife is abundant including Eagles and the Great Blue Heron.

Delve into history at St. Andrews Point Pioneer Cemetery. Kites, boules, horseshoes, croquet and games available. In August borrow a rod to fish for mackerel off Lower Montague wharf.
