" The two bedroom guest cottage is located on a spacious, partially treed property with a pleasing partial view of the beach. It was originally used as a year-round property and was completely renovated in 2002 by Connie and Mike Egan."

It has an open-style kitchen, dining, and living-room area. This is fully furnished and includes an electric stove, fridge, pull-out chesterfield, stereo, Satellite TV and VCR, woodstove with free firewood, patio doors to deck, micro wave, coffee maker, toaster, iron, hair dryer, beach chairs, a lobster pot for PEI treats etc.!

The 3 piece bathroom and two bedrooms are set up with towels, bedding, clock radios, ceiling fans, etc. There are queen size beds with the highest quality mattresses. Outside is a propane BBQ, comfortable deck furniture, and fire pit for evening campfires (weather permitting). For tennis or children's fishing, the Community of Stratford is a five minute drive. A great partial water view is available from the deck.

Travel Instructions toTea Hill Beach Cottage
As you approach Charlottetown on the TransCanada Highway from the Confederation Bridge, you will pass a sign on your left saying "PEI Factory Shops" which are located adjacent to a the North River Bridge on the western outskirts of Charlottetown.

You will be proceeding uphill after this sign and will reach a set of lights. At the set of lights, take a left turn on the Upton Road. Go 1 km. and take a right. on highway #2 east to Stratford. Stay on this highway which is call the Charlottetown Bypass Follow it to the Hillsborough Bridge. As you approach the lights before the bridge, you will see large Irving Oil tanks on your left.

At the set of lights, turn left onto the approaches to the Hillsborough Bridge. After you cross the bridge, follow the highway through two sets of lights. You will be heading toward Wood Islands. After the second set of lights, take the next road on your right, to proceed to Tea Hill. After making this turn off the highway you will come to a stop sign.

Take an immediate left turn to Tea Hill. Go approximately 2.8 km., at the bottom of Tea Hill, take a sharp right.This is the Keppoch Road but you cannot see the sign clearly from this vantage. You are almost there!Follow Keppoch Road for .9 of a km and you will see Appledore Lane on your left. Follow the Lane to #26 on the left.
