Three bedrooms - 2 with double beds & 1 with queensize bed, a love seat with a hideabed and 2 couches, 3 full bathrooms, 2 sitting rooms, office with HiSpeed internet, 2kitchens with all new major appliances including washer/dryer. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Home has laminate & ceramic floors throughout. Plenty of books, games ,old movies on VHS. There are 5 TV,s & 3 DVD/VHS combinations.

NOTE: Home recently upgraded and remodelled to have a completely self contained downstairs with it's own kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and sitting room; making it appealing for an inlaw, couple or grandparents suite if desured.

Directions
Home is located at 17 Scotiaview Heights Just of the Keppoch Road on Hillsboro bay/Northumberland Strait. From Charlottetown take the Hillsboro Bridge to Stratford & take HWY 1 to the Kinlock Road.Turn right on the Kinlock road & go straight through to the Keppoch Rd.Take a right on the Keppoch Road & a few feet up the Keppoch rd take a left on to Scotiaview Heights.
