Shining Waters Luxury Cottages are large 2 story, 3 bedroom units which represent some of the finest cottages available in Prince Edward Island. They are comparable to many of the luxury homes which are available for rent on PEI but at much lower prices and come with a wide range of on-site services, and are rated 4 star. Shining Waters Country Inn Accommodation The Shining Waters Country Inn contains seven regular rooms and 6 luxury suites. Three of the suites are located in a separate "gatehouse" directly adjacent to the Inn. Each Inn room features a private bath and is fully air-conditioned. Room rates include a deluxe continental breakfast served in the Inn's ocean view dining room.

The luxury suites feature luxurious hardwood furnishings, seating areas and large sleigh beds. Some units also feature fireplaces and whirlpool tubs. The Inn offers a unique and intimate heritage experience which is particularly popular with couples and seniors.

Rachael's Ristorante
Rachael's opened in June 2005 and is located in the brand new Cavendish Conference Centre at Cavendish Corner. Rachael's features 2 separate dining rooms together with a large ocean-view deck, totalling over 200 seats. We feature a range of Italian specialties, traditional favourites, seafood, ribs, and the North Shore's best pizza.

The facility is designed for motorcoach, conference and event hosting and features: air-conditioning; non-smoking; elevator; custom menus; motorcoach parking; art gallery featuring prominent Island artists; gift store; and full conference facilities. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
