Reviews of Citi Grand Inn in Negros Oriental Philippines

I stayed one night, the staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. The food was good and my only concern was the traffic noise from the street. It is a fairly short jeepney ride to the Sanitarium Hospital if you have any business there.

It is a bit far from the centre, but I had a pleasant stay. The food was surprisingly good, the rooms were clean, the rates were fair and the staff was incredibly helpful. Upon checking out, I found out that I had left my kindle in my room. The staff promptly located it for me and handed it over to a friend who was in the area.

The place is a little bit far from the centre of Bacolod City, I still find my stay for 4 nights comfortable. The hotel staff are all friendly and accommodating.

My stay in the Citi Grand Inn was for 2 weeks. I found this hotel clean, quiet and well situated to my desired area. The room price was more than fair. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The dining although limited was very good and priced fairly. I will stay there again on my next trip and would recommend it to anyone wanting a small friendly hotel.
