The hotel operations manager was around to greet and welcome us, it was a start of a great stay. Staff were excellent namely, Rachel and Dannel from reception, check in was smooth and was greeted with a warm and welcoming smile. Richard and Ali from the restaurant were very efficient, Ali made sure breakfast was smooth. Room was excellent, clean and spacious. Service is excellent, I definitely will be back.

The room is spacious and it contained the basic necessities and features of a 3 star hotel. Breakfast was good. Noises from the other rooms wont let you sleep. You can clearly hear people talking and walking. The WiFi internet was terrible in the room and good at the lobby. No pool available and they offer you a complimentary shoulder massage.

Fantastic, clean hotel, reasonably priced with good sized rooms. We had the Penthouse suite for me and my wife and one of the deluxe rooms for my 3 teenage children. Free Buffet breakfast and free WiFi was great. There is a free shuttle service to local malls. B Hotel is located in a cleaner area of Manila and is very near the Skyway.

Stayed here last December, the price is cheap and the service is good. The rooms are big enough and they have a shuttle to go to a nearby mall. The only thing I did not like is their connecting rooms. You can hear the conversations from the other room. It was quite frustrating to sleep if the other room is partying.

You will immediately notice the friendliness of the staff and how accomodating they are to guests. Managers were hands on and really attending to every detail. Food is great. A haven tucked in Alabang, I highly recommend this hotel to travellers or people who simply want to go on a short getaway.
