Needs Improvement On
The Service |
| I must say the room is clean and spacious, however
the WiFi was not working.The staff are extremely slow, but at least
they are friendly. Overall I have to say, for this price you can
expect a much better service and a much cleaner pool area. |

Breakfast Was Great And
Fresh |

It was clean and there seemed to be no issues with
service. There was lack of WiFi in the rooms. One has to sit in
the lobby to access WiFi, which can be quite annoying. Breakfast
was great and fresh. Make sure to get a sea facing room. |

Relax And Enjoy The Breeze |

It is an average hotel, it is clean and about 10 minutes away from the Mactan
Airport and 15 to 20 minutes away from SM Cebu. It is hard to get
transportation here, so make sure you inform the front desk ahead
of time, so that they can call a taxi for you. WiFi is available
at the Lobby and you can use their sofa to relax and enjoy internet.
There is also a beach and swimming pool, but the beach is not so
good especially when it is low tide, but you can enjoy the breeze
and relax there. |

Gorgeous View Of The
Ocean |

We stayed at the SotoGrande because it was conveniently located near the domestic
airport. The staff are friendly and courteous and they genuinely
seem pleased to help. The hotel itself is pleasant and modern and
it is situated closely to the beach. The suite offer gorgeous views
of the ocean and the food was incredible.

The Hotel Is In A Safe
And Quiet Area |

The hotel is in a safe and quiet area. The room was equipped with a basic refrigerator
and air condition. The bathroom was fine and the water pressure
was good and everything was working. The staff are one of the most
friendliness and caring staff that I have ever met. They welcomed
my family as if we were long, lost relatives. They will tell you
what you need to know about the area the bellmen and restaurant
staff are some of my favorite people here. They are always smiling
and available to help. There is a basketball court and the staff
will play with. The beach is right on the property and very clean
and safe.
