Reviews of SDR Serviced Apartments in Mactan Philippines

The swimming pool and the surroundings did not look clean, I did not see anyone swimming in the pool during our stay. The facilities in the kitchen appeared very old and not well maintained. The rooms are facing the street which was noisy at night.

Some improvements from last year was a new bed duvet cover. The apartment had been nicely prepared as far as the cleaning went and I could see the seating and cushions has been given a recent wash. One area of concern was that there was no hot water when we arrived, however this was resolved promptly.
We thank the manager Phelgie and staff for a pleasant stay.

Our room is overlooking the big swimming pool and I also loved their small kitchenette where you can cook what you like and have your groceries bought in the nearby supermarket about 8 minutes walk. Phelgie the manager is very helpful and respond immediately to whatever we ask or need. We will come back again.

We enjoyed our stay very much, we had a 2 condo unit. The manager, Miss Phelgie is so helpful and polite and she respond to our needs. She has great local knowledge and always very helpful. The location is great, just a walking distance to Save More supermarket and restaurants and airport.

A very pleasant stay at all times, the management and staff were outstanding. The room was large with all the amenities. We experienced an earthquake and it was my first time experiencing it.
