Very Old Hotel |

The hotel is very old, rooms are not very clean and
there was no windows. It is situated close to the airport and considering
the condition of the rooms and amenities, the place is well overpriced.

Located Closely To The
Airport |

The hotel is situated 5 minutes from the airport
and the room was simple with simple amenities. The bed was nicer
and the room has a kitchen cabinets. The hotel is perfect if you
have early flight out. |

Large Room |
|
The hotel has good location and the room was large, equipped with TV, kitchen
sink, 2 double beds and a coffee table. The room was also clean
and had a bathroom with hot and cold shower. Located on the ground
floor, very convenient if you have a car since there is a parking
space outside your room. Zubuchun restaurant is located inside the
hotel. |

Needs Renovation |
|
The location of this hotel is near the Mactan Airport. The linen are clean
but the room itself needs a renovation. Mold are on the ceiling
of the room, some small powdery particles are starting to drop and
there are some insects inside the room. The bathroom had some mold
on the ceiling too. The bed was comfortable but not the pillow.

Mold Spot On The Ceiling |
|
When we got to the room, only 1 out of the 5 light bulbs was working in the
room. There were a lot of mold spots on the ceiling, cobwebs on
the lamp and the bathroom has dead insects on the floor. When I
called reception to ask if we can transfer to another room, the
front desk agent said there are no other rooms and their standard
of cleaning the rooms are all the same. There were also a lot of
mosquitoes in the room. |
