Reviews of Imperial Palace Waterpark Resort in Mactan Philippines

The staff showed respect and were mindful of our needs, the room service was prompt and the room was cleaned well. The views from our room was awesome overlooking the pool and out to the sea. We had no trouble with internet during our stay there. We found the buffet was enormous with so many varieties of foods catering for all, actually I would say it was totally enjoyable.

We were very disappointed about almost everything, the lobby which should impress visitors first, it was like a market place and we wanted to leave as soon as possible. The room was just unacceptable, no WiFi service as well as no LAN. I had to go down to Lobby and there were some computers which is not free. The view from the room was horrible. Every morning even before sunrise, chickens clucked so loudly we woke up from the noise. The breafast was good and the staff was rude, they did not even say hello.

We had so much fun and created good memories with our kids, they loved the slides so much. I would like to recommend this place to those who just want to relax and enjoy the sun with their kids. The customer is great, very helpful and professional. We will come back here again.

This is a five star hotel but they will treat you like you are in a one star hotel. The rooms, lobby, swimming pool are not well maintained. You cannot borrow the towel unless you have a towel card. The staff are not polite nor well trained however the foods was good but a bit pricey. The worst customer service.

The hotel staff are friendly and very well trained. I would like to thank the staff who helped us during the unexpected earthquake that struck early morning. They kept us updated on what was happening. It was a scary experience but we were reasured by the hotel staff.
