Reviews of Pamulinawen Hotel in Ilocos Norte Philippines

Upon arrival I was greeted with smiles, that quickly soured when I reached the front desk. The front desk was clueless regarding my booking, my room was not even ready for me. When I was finally in my room I called for room service, they didn't answer so I went downstairs. The restaurant staff were even worse, they have no menus and when we asked them they said" you have to request one" that to me is absolute nonsense. I asked that they serve the guests who were waiting but it was nothing but excuses, they said they would open in an hour. We all waited and again they said just another hour after all that time we were finally served, only to wait another hour to eat anything out the kitchen.

Other than the bad service and food disaster. The rooms were clean, the WI_FI wasn’t working at all. There is a refrigerator in the room. Outside there is a nice pool for guests to cool off. They need to seriously work on there customer service skills. They should be knowledgeable of all thing going on around the hotel, i mean that is technically there job. To the manager of the Pamulinawen Hotel, i think some more staff training is in order.
