The rooms are very small and dark, but other than that the staff are friendly and helpful. The food is great and the location is great!

The hotel is located in a very central area, close to the local market, malls and restaurants. The front desk is very disorganised, they looked confused and unsure of guests bookings. The staff are very friendly but in need of some serious training, they all look very young and inexperienced.

The bedroom is clean, but the bed covers look very discoloured and dirty. The bathroom shower has no water pressure, and the walls look dirty and cracked. The WI-FI is very weak. The complimentary buffet breakfast is nice, it was enough to get the day started.

I stayed here with my family, and this hotel never disappoints. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly. The food is amazing. The location is great, my children loved the walks to the local market. All in all it was a great stay.

The hotel itself is very rundown and in need of some TLC. The rooms are small and the carpets are filthy. The bedding was dirty and smelled bad, after one night in the bed I was itchy all over. They should consider some maintenance. The staff are the only good thing about this place, if they renovated the hotel and tried to fix it up a bit I’m sure they will get more guests. Unfortunately I won't be one of them.
