Reviews of Hotel Pension Steiner in Windhoek Namibia

Situated in the center of Windhoek with everything within walking distance. Very nice and comfortable place to stay. The place has a unique garden and pool and very friendly staff. I had my husband sick as we arrived there and I don't know what I would have done without the help of the staff. They looked after our girl, helped us to find a good hospital and doctor, drove us even there and supported me so much in any possible way. Thanks again very much!

This place is a little oasis near the center of Windhoek, secure parking, rooms spacious and clean, the owner and the staff are very kind, in the morning we had to leave early and we missed the breakfast, the owner made us to prepare breakfast lot: (per person: 2 sandwiches, cookies, an apple, yogurt and chocolate). I highly recommend.

Arriving in Namibia for the first night, and leaving Namibia on our last night, we had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Pension Steiner. Very conveniently located in the center of town, it is quite a surprise to see a tropical garden and swimming pool. The rooms are well-equipped and spacious, however not to be called cozy. Staff is friendly and discrete, not seen too often. I would recommend Hotel Pension Steiner for its affordable price, good location, garden, and swimming pool.

Everything was fine and I felt very secure. Car parking available in inner courtyard. Beds were hard but ok. Separate toilet from shower and washbasin. TV had three German stations and three English stations. Safe available. Breakfast ample with German delicacies. Staff very helpful with individual city maps. Excellent location with safe surroundings. Try the Kentucky Fried Chicken across the street for good quality chicken dishes. No internet facilities that I was aware of, but available on Fidel Castro around the corner.
