The service was terrible

We booked a double room away from the group noises; the room was spacious and tidy. The place has complimentary Wi-Fi and there is laundry and restaurant on site. The staff was unfriendly and the house keeping service was terrible, our room hadn’t been cleaned or changed towels for three days.
