Fishing and Birding paradise in the Caprivi Strip

I have now been twice to visit Kalizo Lodge in the Caprivi Strip in Namibia, it is now under new management and they are busy upgrading and improving what is a beautiful spot on the Zambezi River, while not being a keen fisher I really enjoyed taking a few sunset cruizes- saw lots of birds and the experience was relaxing and unwinding. The food served in the restuarant is superb and I just enjoyed walking around birding and taking in the fresh air and holiday on the river experience. So if you want a truly hospitable enjoyable experience visit them.Cant wait for my next trip!
