Reviews of Etosha Mountain Lodge in Etosha Park Namibia

I think luxury has lost its meaning because this place is not luxurious at all. The wildlife can be seen from here and the facilities were good, our room was next to the garbage cans.
When we asked to be moved the staff refused its only when our guide intervened that we were moved. The new room was gloomy and the plaster was peeling off, the food was my worst nightmare

Out stay here was very memorable, the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are decorated and styled ethnically, the place is elevated and the views are breath-taking and the food was very tasty.

The rooms are unclean and clumsy, the service is below standard and the management is lazy. We paid for some facilities which were included in the price. The views are stunning but the price is not worth it.
