Modern touches such as English-speaking staff, free internet, and cutting-edge design are complimented by the timeless appeal of hospitality and cool breezes.

Our 21 spacious and immaculate rooms are finished in a harmonious blend of chocolate teak wood and the cool pastel hues of green, grey, lemon, and cream. All are air-con, and television equipped. Beds are positively sleep-inducing and mounted in custom designed teak frames.

Bathrooms are spotless and elegantly finished with attractive fixtures and colorful ceramic tiling. Our large open-air lobby gracefully leads to a lush garden patio. Take your pick of where to stretch out and relax -both spots are guaranteed to enliven your mood. In the morning, enjoy a complimentary breakfast.

As for location, many of Chiangmai's star attractions, including the Night Bazaar, walking street, restaurants and nightlife, are literally just steps away. Ancient temples and old Lanna-style teak houses abound in the winding small "sois" that make up the neighbourhood.

Thapae Gate and the ancient moat that encircles the city are just down the street. Any and all travel or recreation needs are easily addressed in the plentiful surrounding agencies. For excursions further afoot, grab a bicycle or easily hailed" tuk-tuk".

Boutique House has an almost mystical way of seeming everywhere at once. Despite it's close proximity to so many points of interest, our easygoing tranquility can invoke an air of remote mountain oasis. Perfect for relaxing yet the city at your fingertips.

Directions to Thapae Boutique House

By Air:
Domestic airlines (Thai Airways International, Bangkok Airways, Air Asia, Orient Thai Airlines and Nok Air ) operate several daily flights between Bangkok and Chiang Mai. A one-way flight takes about one hour.

By Bus:
Several ordinary and air-conditioned buses leaving daily from Bangkok's Northern Bus Terminal (also known as Mo Chit) on Kamphaeng Phet 2 Road.

By Train:
Express and rapid trains leave for Chiang Mai from Hualamphong Station several times daily and the trip takes about 11-12 hours for express trains. It is highly recommended to reserve seats well in advance, especially for sleepers.
