Our condo is on the ground floor, and is the close penthouse to the beach. Set amongst lush gardens with 2 large swimming pools, we have direct beach access and sea views from the lounge, patio, and the master bedroom.

We are the private owners of our condo, and we welcome you and your family or friends to come and share our luxury holiday home in Hua Hin.

Outside, we have a patio with sofa, loungers and another dining area. The two shared swimming pools are quite large, and one has a Jacuzzi on the side, along with hammocks that hang over the pool!

TV and DVD -each room has this feature, as does the lounge with a nice series of DVDs
air port pick up and dropp off -can be arrange for an extra cost
transport and taxis -all other transport needs can be arranged for you. The staff of the condo can arrange any booking for you at the reception

Directions to Baan Nub Kluen

Plane
Visitors from abroad can fly to the primary airport of Bangkok. Direct flights are scheduled into Bangkok's Suvarnabhumi International Airport, from many main airports around the world. You can also have a connecting flight from the Suvarnabhumi International Airport to Hua Hin around 45 minutes by plane. The other option in getting is to take a bus, mini bus, train, taxi, car and limousine. Generally Hua Hin town, is 230 kilometres southwest of Bangkok which is a 3 hour drive. Arriving from Hua Hin Airport you can take a van, tuk tuk, or taxi going to the hotel. It is a 30 minute drive from Hua Hin downtown.

Bus and Mini Bus
Hourly bus services are available from Southern Bus Terminal. You can take either an air conditioned or non air conditioned buses which ply the route from Southern Bus Terminal to Srasong Road in Hua Hin. Some of these buses will take you further south like the adjoining district of Pranburi and Petchburi. Passengers to Hua Hin get down at the Clock Tower located at the heart of town. Reservation is required to secure seats and must be book in person. In Bangkok, minibuses start from Ratchawitee Hospital near the Victory Monument. Minibuses unload passengers in a site off Petchkasem Road in the centre of town. Buses fare range from THB 160 to THB 200.

Taxi or Car
You can also flag down taxi or hire a car and drive all the way to Hua Hin. There are two routes from Bangkok to Hua Hin. The shorter one is along Thonburi-Paktho Road, via Samut Songkhram, Petchkasem Highway and along the route to Prachuab Khirikhan. The longer one is via Nakhon Pathom, Ratchaburi and Petchaburi. Fare is around THB 3000.

Train
Train is a safer and comfortable way to reach Hua Hin from Bangkok. Trains run from Hua Lum Pong Railway Station in Bangkok to the historic Hua Hin railway station. Both stations can be reached easily.
