Accommodation at Aloes Country Inn
Quality rooms with comfortable beds and stunning views of the Elands River and valley will make your stay memorable. They are four self-catering units and four double rooms all with en-suite bathrooms.
And also offer a unit equipped for disabled persons. The rooms are designed to provide cool comfort in the hottest of days, with a shady front veranda for you to kick back, relax and enjoy the view.
Facilities
The full kitchen caters for meals on request. And also braai facilities should you rather enjoy the open outdoors.A fully equipped bar is an ideal place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. And also have a unique children’s playground.
Attractions and Activities
The area is known for its bird watching, hiking trails, mountain biking, rock climbing and trout fishing. There are also numerous historic sites nearby. Towns like Sabie, Graskop, Pilgrims Rest, Hazyview and Nelspruit make for an ideal days outing. The local town of Waterval Boven offers a selection of quaint restaurants and pubs.
Nearby tourist sites include, Five Arch Railway Bridge, Paul Kruger's last residence museum and the ZASM tunnel built in 1893.
If you want to sit on the shady front veranda of your room, you are welcome to do so. If hiking, bird watching or bathing in the waterfalls is more your speed, it is all in our backyard and we invite you to make yourself at home.
