Situated on the scenic banks of the Crocodile River - this luxury, thatch-roof house overlooks the Kruger National Park.
Hippo Hills is just 4 hours drive from O.R. Tambo (Johannesburg) Airport and close to both Swaziland and Mozambique borders.

Hippo Hills Accommodation

This double storey accommodation sleeps up to 10 guests in 5 private en-suite bedrooms.
The house has a lounge area with satellite TV, open plan kitchen, dining room, an extra sleeper couch, outside braai area and beautiful views of the Crocodile River. Guest have the option of self catering or dining out at the a-la-carte restaurant with fine African cuisine.
All the rooms have air conditioning, en-suite bathrooms and ceiling fans. The first 2 bedrooms are down stairs and they have a twin bed and a double bed.
Upstairs has 3 large bedrooms with a double bed and 2 twin beds that lead to the deck where animal and bird life can be enjoyed.

How To Get To Hippo Hills

From Johannesburg
Take the N12 which joins with the N4 at Witbank and from Pretoria take the N4 Witbank highway. Keep on the N4 and pass Middelburg, Machadodorp and Waterval Boven.
Go through Nelspruit on the N4 and follow the Komatipoort signs. After Nelspruit you will pass Kaapmuiden, Malelane and Hectorspruit.
14.5 km’s after Hectorspruit turn left at the Ngwenya Lodge sign (there is also a Tenbosch sign), onto a gravel road. After about 7.5 km’s turn right at the Ngwenya Lodge sign (there is also a Krokodilbrug sign). The entrance gate is on the left after 3.5 km’s.
