The first thing that strikes you when you get to Nwanakalile Lodge is the view sweeping out over the riverine forests of the Sabana River to the hills beyond.
The second thing is the unit itself.
Our units are spacious, light and cool.

The decor is tastefully understated and each unit has its own kitchenette that is so well equipped you could produce gourmet meals should you so wish. Our living areas have cosy couches, flat screen TVs and DSTV.

The king size beds are extra length and fitted with crispy white percale cotton linen. They can be configured as twin beds for two adults sharing. Three of our units have sleeper couches which means that a family of 3 or 4 can share and there is still loads of space, so the family need not feel cramped.

Each unit has its own entrance, deck and braai area.
If you do not feel like cooking, we have great eating places close by and your hosts Andrew and Auriol are on hand to make recommendations.

This lofty and airy family unit can accommodate a family of four or two adults sharing.
This is a large spacious unit with a king-size bed plus a sleeper couch, a dining area, and a separate kitchenette.
There is a separate bathroom with shower, basin and toilet.

This unit consists of a large spacious room with a king-size bed, dining area and kitchenette.
There is a separate bathroom with shower, basin and toilet.
This unit is ideal for a couple or two persons sharing.

Luxury Unit 4
This huge and luxurious family unit can accommodate a family of four or two adults sharing.
This Unit has a large spacious unit with a separate bedroom with king size bed.
There is a sleeper couch in the living area, a dining area and a kitchenette.
The unit has a shared bathroom with shower, basin and toilet.

This very spacious family unit can accommodate a family of four or two adults sharing.

Premier Suite
This is our Premier Unit and it is perfect for the couple looking for a romantic getaway or for two couples looking for something special.
The bedroom has an extra length king-size bed and the room has an “outdoor” feel to it with views on three sides.
The living and kitchen area is perfectly appointed with a full kitchen, queen-size sleeper couch, flat screen TV and DSTV. As in all our other units the beds have percale cotton white sheets and tasteful décor.
The bathroom is en-suite to the main bedroom, but can be accessed from the living area as well.
A double shower, and slipper bath add to the romantic feel of this unit, this is the only unit with its own private garden and braai area as well as its own plunge pool.

Directions to Nwanakalile Lodge
Take the N4 from Pretoria/Jhb to Witbank (Emalalheni)
Go through the Middleburg toll
Keep on the N4 past Belfast towards Machadodorp
Stop off at Milly’s for some delicious smoked trout
Go through the Machadodorp toll
Approx 2 kms later take the left-hand fork of the N4 to Nelspruit via Schoeman’s Kloof
About 70 kms later you get to a T-junction
At the T turn left towards Nelspruit
Approx 5 kms later turn left towards Sabie/Sudwala and follow the signs to Sabie (about 50 kms in total and the road twists and turns)
As you get into Sabie there is a 3-way stop.
Turn right and a short while later right again to Hazyview.
The Woodsman Restaurant will be on your left.
You are now on the R536.
DON’T take the turnoff to White River
33 Kms later we are on the right-hand side.
If you get to Induna Adventures you have gone too far.
