Casa Do Sol Accommodation

54 hotel rooms / suites comprising:
The hotel is made up of Casa's, Villa's, Twin and Double Suites and one "Casa Grande".
All rooms cater for double occupancies and have bathrooms en-suite.
The Casa's lead out to the gardens whilst the Villa's have private gardens or terraces overlooking the valley. The Twin and Double Suites each have entrance halls, spacious sitting rooms, luxury bathrooms with separate showers and toilets plus private patios with breathtaking views of the valley.
The Casa Grande has a large sitting room opening onto a porticoed patio with a Jacuzzi, Sauna and private pool in an enclosed garden. On the upper level is a double bedroom with his and her bathrooms.

DINING:
Casa do Sol is renowned for the excellence of its food and exceptional wines. Cozinha Velha restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Sample delicious Mediterranean dishes including our famous Mozambican style
peri-peri chicken and other delicious specialities.

O ' Estabulo a la Carte and private dining restaurant operates seasonally and can be used for exclusive functions. The Chiquitas cocktail bar spills out onto the terrace where one can enjoy a pre-dinner drink under the stars. There are also two designated braai (barbeque) areas, a Quincho (Spanish equivalent of a lapa) and a traditional South African “boma".

EXOTIC POOLS AND GARDENS:
The crystal waters of two swimming pools are surrounded by luscious tropical gardens which have won awards for their vibrant colours and serene beauty - an environment sure to lull you into a state of gentle euphoria.

SPA DE SOLÉ:
The Spa dé Solé offers a wide variety of treatments from soothing massages to hand and foot care. Indulge in facial treatments that are guaranteed to renew and revitalize the skin. Various forms of massages and body wraps are offered by highly professional therapists.

Situated within the 500 hectare “Ilanga nature and game reserve" with over 100 different species of indigenous bush and breeding herds of non-aggressive game. There are on-site hiking and mountain biking trails, tennis courts and swimming pools as well as a number of water activities including fishing, rowing and boating on the resort’s private dam.

NEARBY ATTRACTIONS:
The Kruger National Park’s Phabeni Gate is just 15 minutes drive away and the Elephant Sanctuary is the hotel’s neighbour. For the adventure enthusiast, there is quad biking, geckoing, zip lining, river rafting, abseiling and hot air ballooning close by.

Other activities include night safaris, paint ball, archery, clay pigeon shooting and trout fishing. The Shangaan Cultural Village is just a short drive away.

There are on site hiking trails, all weather floodlit tennis courts and swimming pools. Activities on Casa do Sol's dam include bass fishing, bird watching, rowing and boating.

GOLF
Guests can enjoy a round of golf at any of the 5 golf courses in the vicinity of the hotel. There are two courses in the Hazyview area - one being the Sabie River Sun golf course and the other the Kruger Park Lodge. The 18 hole championship Sabie River golf course is situated alongside Nelspruit and White River.

The Kruger Park Lodge golf course is a 9 golf course with exquisite views across Hazyview and through the valley towards Sabi. Other nearby courses include the 18 hole White River Golf Estate and the 9 hole Skukuza Golf Course in the Kruger Park.

Accommodating up to 66 pax in boardroom, 200 in school room and 260 in cinema style set up while boasting superlative advanced multi-media technology, this convention center is the most sophisticated facility available in the Hazyview conference circuit.
The room is 18.5 meters long and 14.5 meters wide with a floot to ceiling height of 3 meters - perfect for large scale events such as exhibitions and car launches.
A complete block out facility is an additional featured benefit.

In addition, the state-of-the-art air-conditioned Ilanga Conference and Function Center incorporates a business center, two breakaway rooms and two offices. Set in a tranquil garden with natural light and opening windows, this venue is ideal for meetings and conferences.

The wedding ceremony and reception can be held in a number of places – the Tuscan building with centuries-old Chinese doors that open onto a stone-floored foyer creates and small and intimate chapel. The main ballroom is ideal for larger ceremonies and of course the reception.
Other function facilities include an outside terrace providing a tranquil setting away from the hotel surrounded by lush gardens and cascading fountains. Garden ceremonies can be held under a white gazebo enhancing the romantic aspect of your wedding.
