Mrs Böhm and her German speaking family have been your friendly hosts since 1975, and have been awarded a Four Star Grading by the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa.
The Country House is surrounded by all the major tourist attractions - 30 minutes drive to the Kruger National Park, 30 minutes drive to the Panorama Route with all the waterfalls, and 1 hour's drive to the majestic Blyde River Canyon.

The garden is filled with beautiful indigenous trees, which have been labelled for easy identification.
The garden is a birdwatcher's paradise, with two different kinds of Turaco nesting in the huge wild fig trees.

The farm consists of 60 hectares of indigenous bush, alive with varied wildlife: small buck including Duiker and Bushbuck, Blue Vervet Monkeys and Bushbabies, many small mammals like Mongoose and Bats, and a myriad of indigenous birds.
