Tonnelkop Self Catering Units and Campsite Accommodation
Unit 1 Rooikoppe : Rooikoppe is a one-bedroom accommodation
unit with king-size bed, bunk bed, TV and separate kitchen and toilet
with shower. No formal lounge, sleeps four persons.
Unit 2 Lappieskombers : Lappieskombers is one-bedroom
unit with a double bed and bunk beds. Separate kitchen, toilet, shower
and lounge with sleeper couch. Sleeps five persons.
Unit 3 Die Winkel : Die Winkel a two-bedrooms, one with
double bed and air-conditioning, the other with three single beds and
fan.
Separate kitchen, shower and toilet. Television sets in main bedroom and
lounge. Sleeps five persons.
Unit 4 Pure Plaas : Pure Plaas a two-bedrooms unit, one
with double bed and air-conditioning, one with two single beds and fan,
rooms divided by walls. Kitchen, lounge combination plus toilet and shower.
Sleeps four persons.
Unit 5 Pure Genot : Pure Genot is situated about 100
metres from the Office. It is private, with a spectacular view into the
valley and the surrounding mountains, called the Rooikoppe.
It consists of four rooms, one with a double bed, one with two single
beds, one with a single bed, and one with three quarter bed. A second
bathroom has been added outside of the unit, and consists of a shower,
toilet and basin. Living area, separate kitchen and one bathroom with
a bath, shower and toilet.
All the rooms have fans, except for the bathroom. TV with M-Net. Lock-up
garage with parking space for two cars. Relax and enjoy the bright stars
and silence of the Karoo. You can make use of the swimming pool and playground
for children at the main premises.
Tonnelkop Tented Camping : Safe, fenced-in accommodation,
suitable for tented camping, unfortunately not for caravans.
Barbecue facilities are available and there is a kitchen with washing-up
facilities. Each camping spot has an electrical access point and there
is an ablution block with toilets, showers and basins.
