Torran Loggie Guest House is an ideal bed and breakfast stop-over for travellers and tourists intending to travel to the Western Isles as the daily ferries run from Ullapool. We are pleased to offer a choice of 2 double rooms, one with en-suite facilities and one with a private bathroom. Rooms are located on the ground floor. All rooms are centrally heated.

To See & Do
Ullapool is a picturesque fishing village set on the shores of Lochbroom. It is a bustling community with the harbour at the centre of daily activities where you can walk around the harbour as the fishing boats unload their daily catch, much of which is exported to France.

It boasts a wide variety of shops, an award winning museum, golf course, leisure centre, and pottery which exports goods all over the world. It has excellent restaurants many of which are renowned worldwide for specializing in locally caught seafood and game. Many of the hotels and restaurants provide entertainment several nights a week.

Getting there from the Information Centre:

From Ullapool tourist information centre turn left and drive to end of road. Take A835 south for 7 miles to Letter/Loggie signpost, turn right then first right again. Follow road to Loggie for 4 miles. Torran is third house on the left after Loggie signpost.

Getting There by Car:
7 miles south of Ullapool, turn off A835 at Letters/Loggie signpost, 1st right, then follow signs for Loggie, approximately 4 miles. Torran is 3rd house on left after Loggie sign.

Getting There by Railway:
From Inverness railway station take A9 north to Tore roundabout. Take A835 for approximately 35 miles to Letters/Loggie signpost, turn left across bridge then first right. Follow signs for Loggie aproximately 4 miles. Torran is third house on the left after Loggie signpost.

Getting there by Aeroplane:
From Dalcross Airport take Inverness road, then A9 north to Tore roundabout. Take A835 for approximately 35 miles to Letters/Loggie signpost. Turn left across bridge then first right. Follow signs for Loggie approximately 4 miles. Torran is third house on the left after Loggie signpost.

Getting There by Ferry:
From Ullapool ferry terminal take A835 south from 7 miles to Letter/Loggie signpost. Turn right, then first right again. Follow road to Loggie for 4 miles. Torran is third house on the left after Loggie signpost.
