Bedroom Accommodation is of a high standard. Bedrooms vary from single, double and twin rooms. All are ensuite, with TV, tea/coffee tray, & central heating throughout.

Ullapool is one of the premier locations for holidays in Scotland due to the good transport links available to the traveller.

Ullapool is increasingly popular for short stay breaks. By car it is only 1 hours drive from Inverness and only 4 hours from Glasgow and Edinburgh. By train, Inverness is linked to all major UK cities, and regular daily flights only 1.5 hours from London, making the Highlands much more accessible.
Set on the shores of Lochbroom is the picturesque village of Ullapool – a thriving fishing port, it’s harbour busy with regular ferry services to the Western Isles, and local trawlers returning with their daily catch.

Visit Wester Ross and Ullapool and you will discover dramatic mountain ranges and sea lochs.

For hillwalkers , wildlife enthusiasts, fishing, sailing, and golf, Ullapool offers access to numerous outdoor pursuits within this spectacular Highland wilderness.

Or simply tour the Highlands by car – driving is relaxed, easy and the views are stunning. Popular drives include the meandering road to Achiltibuie… Further North the rugged coast road to Lochinver, Stoer, Drumbeg and Kylesyu.... South takes in the famed Inverewe Gardens , Gairloch and beautiful Loch Maree.

Local walks include Lael Forrest & Garden trail and the waterfall at Corrieshalloch Gorge.

Over the Ullapool Hill to Rhidorroch, Strathcaniard and the Dam Lochs. Coastal walks – walk the north beach to Rhue Lighthouse. For the more energetic, there’s always Stac Pollaidh.

BEACHES: relax on idyllic beaches – the pebbled bay of Ardmair or the sands of Gruinard, Achnahaird and Achmelvich.

FISHING: Excellent oportunities exist for the keen angler. Salmon and trout fishing are available on the many hill lochs and rivers. Permits can be obtained locally.
