We are situated a short distance from the town centre in a very secluded
quiet location with views across the Dornoch Firth to the Sutherland hills.

Getting there from the Information Centre
From Dornoch take A9 south, take by-pass around Tain and then the last
turn-off on left (Knockbreck Road, B9174).
Follow road for 0.5 mile, Ross Villa sign on right, 100 yds down long
driveway.
If you reach the petrol station on right you have passed our turn-off.
Getting There by Car
Take A9 north from Inveness, at Tain take 1st right (Knockbreck Road,
B9174) go 0.5 mile and you will see Ross Villa sign on right.
House 100 yds down driveway (house not on roadside).
If you reach the petrol station on right you have passed our entrance.
From north take bypass around Tain and the last turn of A9, on left (Knockbreck
road, B9174).
From town centre, follow main route south, 100 yds past petrol station,
sign on left, follow long driveway to house.
Getting There by Railway
From Tain Railway Station take road to High Street, turn left at top of
Brae follow road passing the Post Office on left and then turning right
into Geanies Street, then right into Stafford Street, then Knockbreck
Road, passing the petrol station.
150 yds on Ross Villa sign on left, follow long driveway to house. (not
on roadside)
Getting there by Aeroplane
From Inverness Airport (Dalcross) take A9 (Wick) 32 miles to Tain.
At Tain take 1st right (Knockbreck Road, B9174), follow for 0.5 mile,
Ross Villa sign on right, 100 yds down driveway.
From Inverness cross the Kessock bridge follow the A9 north to Tain, approximately
33 miles.
At the first Tain sign turn right off the A9 onto Knockbreck Road after
half a mile you will see the Ross Villa sign, turn right, down the drive
and you are there.
We are situated a short distance from the town centre in a very secluded
and quiet location with ample car parking within the secure garden area.
