4 large contemporary fully equipped en-suite bedrooms, each with personal
decking area, and impressive fully glazed lounge/dining room with superb
views over Broad Bay.
We have 4 guest bedrooms, all very spacious with en-suite facilities.
All rooms are furnished in contemporary solid oak and equipped with flat
screen television, hi-fi, DVD player and even a dock for your iPod.
All rooms are provided with a complimentary welcome tray with wine, coffee,
biscuits, crisps, water, snack bars and even a stamped postcard to send
home.
Room 1 has been unobtrusively designed for the less mobile
whilst maintaining a stylish luxury feel, making it suitable for everyone.
The en-suite is a large stylish wet-room with a power shower, black sparkly
non-slip floor, floor to ceiling tiles and a huge mirror.
The bedroom can be configured as a twin or super-king double, and has
patio doors facing west onto its own decking area, with seats and table.
Room 2 is the largest at Broad Bay House, and can be
configured as a twin or super-king double, with a locally hand made oak
headboard.
This is the room to choose if you are a bath person – the en-suite
has a large contemporary free standing cast iron bath – big enough
for two to share.
The patio doors face west to catch the evening sun, and the decking area
has seats and table.
Room 3 has a solid oak king size double bed, and this
room is popular for its decking area which is totally enclosed and faces
south west to catch that afternoon sun. It’s a great place to laze,
and look back over the working croftland to the sea.
The en-suite has a large walk-in shower area with Grohe power shower,
an oversize wash basin to make the most of the Molton Brown toiletries.
Room 4 faces east, and looks out over stunning views
across the sea to the Scottish Mainland.
The patio doors open onto the decking area which surrounds the entire
east wing of the house, and the whole area is bathed in the early morning
light.
The bed is a solid oak king size double and the room features a fantastic
original painting by David Greenall.
The en-suite has a large walk-in shower area with Grohe power shower,
an oversize wash basin to make the most of the Molton Brown toiletries.
