and Ayr on the West Coast of Scotland, UK.
Each property is fully furnished and equipped for your stay and is inspected
and graded by the Visit Scotland grading system.
Prestwick and Ayr are lovely coastal towns situated on the west coast
of Scotland and are approximately 45 minutes from Glasgow City Centre.
Set in the Heart of Burns Country, surrounded by Championship Golf Courses and within walking distance of fine shops and restaurants, beaches and promenades, travel links etc, all our Rental Properties in Ayr and Prestwick are ideally located .
Oakley Property Rentals Accommodation
All of our 6 properties are all within a short distance of each other
and are therefore suitable for individual or groups.
Briarhill Court is a beautifully appointed ground floor
flat comprising of a living room with a leather suite including recliner
chair, colour TV, video, occasional furnishings and ornaments and a large
window facing to the front of the building with sun in the afternoon and
evening.
Shawfarm Court is a modern ground floor flat in private residential development with private parking. Suitable for those less able to get around due to its ground floor location and parking facilities.
Shawfarm Place apartment is one of our newest and most spacious properties, with a living room, two bedrooms (one double and one twin), fitted kitchen with washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster etc, bathroom with shower and private parking in the courtyard to the rear.
Kyle Street property comprises of one double bedroom
with fitted mirrored wardrobes, living room with fold-up bed if required.

Bathroom with 3-piece suite and shower.
Fitted kitchen with cooker, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave,
etc.
Acorn Cottage is a sunny, ground floor cottage situated
to the rear of our own home and is only a few minutes walk to the Prestwick
Main Street.
This property consists of a double bedroom and a single bedroom - each
opening en-suite to the fully tilled bathroom.
Additional guests can be accommodated in the double sized bed settee in
the living room area.
Kings Meadow Estate is a modern mid terraced house is situated in a lovely mature estate which combines all that is best for a quiet life but allied to the convenience of facilities such as shops, eating places, leisure attractions and Centrum Arena.

The living room with kitchen area is one large bright room furnished
with a double bed settee (ideal for additional or occasional guests) lounge
chairs and tables and colour TV.
The kitchen area has been refurbished and now includes integrated appliances
(cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer), lots of cupboard
space and a bistro style breakfasting table and chairs,
Double glazing and central heating for the colder weather and ceiling
fans for the hot summer days all add to making this cottage a place that
you will want to return to.
Briarhill is a lovely, bright and spacious, ground floor apartment with
private parking and a small shared garden situated in a quiet, residential
area of Prestwick - yet only a few minutes walk to the Main Street, Prestwick
Railway Station, Prestwick Golf Club, the beach and promenade and many
other amenities.
This property is particularly popular with golfers, families and individuals
sharing but it is equally suitable for those less able to get around.
You enter the property through a sun porch with patio doors which is ideal
for storing golf clubs, pushchairs etc and this porch allows lots of light
into the hallway within the apartment.
Parking spaces are available beside the property.

activities, shopping and dining experiences, family entertainment including
many indoor centres and the excellent location allows you to travel around
our beautiful Scottish countryside.
