to Rovers Den our cosy and secluded holiday cottage situated
in private grounds overlooking the River Earn, 4 miles south of Perth,
Perthshire.
The self catering cottage is situated in the former Rovers Den which
was used as a meeting room by various Church organisations for over 200
years until 1991 after which it was briefly as an artists studio and architects
office.
It takes it's name from the Rover Souts who used it as a meeting place.

The Rovers Den offers modern luxury accommodation in a stone built cottage
and is suitable for 2 people.
It is split level inside with the upper level housing the bedroom.
On the ground floor there is a large living area with a kitchen alcove,
superior shower room and utility room.
To the front (south) and rear (north) are decking area with garden furniture
from which there are extensive views through almost 300 degrees.
