This cottage has 2 recently renovated bedrooms with television in both bedrooms. In between the 2 bedrooms is a bathroom for very easy convenience. The kitchen has been recently upgraded and has an upright Fridge Freezer, a microwave and an Electric Cooker with Ceramic Hobs. A dining table sits in the middle of the kitchen where you have views of the hedged garden from the kitchen. There is a washing machine situated in the utility room for your use also.

The lounge has stunning sea views looking over Rendall and the North Isles and if you are lucky you can keep an eye on the cows in the field opposite the lounge window!!

There is a shop situated one mile away and is open from 8 am to 6 pm Monday-Saturday and 10 am to 4 pm on a Sunday. There is a play area for children under the age of 11 about 600 metres away from the house. Aikerness Beach is a lovely sandy beach which is 1.5 miles away from Upper Quoys, where you will also find the Historic Scotland site The Broch of Gurness. If you enjoy walking there is a lovely 3.5/4 mile walk going past the beach.

Outside there is a lovely hedged garden great for children to run about in and for adults to relax in, where, there is also space for private parking.
