Katie's Flat Accommodation
The accommodation comprises one double bedroom with alarm clock/CD player, hairdryer, electric blanket, Freeview TV and DVD player.
Ensuite bathroom with shower and bath. White Company robes. Mason and Miller toiletries. There is an electric shaver point. There are heaters in all rooms.
Lounge with Freesat colour TV, DVD player and CD player. Selection of DVDs, games and books. Fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster and electric cooker. Iron and ironing board. Smoke alarms are fitted.
Patio to the front of the flat and a decking area with garden furniture.
Views to the hills and down towards Oban.
Oban is a popular destination and easily reached by road, rail or sea.
Katie's Flat is available all year. Rates are weekly Saturday to Saturday. Arrivals are from 4.00pm onwards and we would ask that you vacate the property by 10.00am on the day of departure.
Welcome tray on arrival.
Bed linen is supplied. Duvet/pillows, tea towels, hand and bath towels also supplied. Fresh linen is provided once a week.

Attractions
The surrounding area is renowned for its scenic beauty and friendly atmosphere.
Oban is an ideal centre for touring the West Highlands and Islands of
Scotland with easy day trips to places like Glencoe. There are also various
excursions by boat to the Islands of Mull, Iona, Colonsay and Tiree.
Oban also has excellent pony trekking, diving and other sporting activities
such as golf and tennis. On a more
practical note, Oban has a large Tesco store and a Co-Op.

Getting there from the Information Centre:
From Oban Tourist Information Centre take the Campbeltown road through
Argyll Square/Soroba Road until you come to Soroba House Hotel on the
right hand side, second turing on the left, first right, second right,
second left, takes you to Coe Gardens. We are first house on right.
