Oban hotel This cosy property is situated in a quiet cul de sac within the confines of a private residential area of Oban. The property enjoys pleasant views towards nearby hills and woods.

Ben More Accommodation

Having been recently refurbished and decorated to an excellent standard facilities on the ground floor include a comfortable lounge with TV, a spacious and well equipped kitchen and adjacent dining area.

Upstairs consists of a double and twin bedroom ( plus sofa bed ) which have been very tastefully decorated. Both bedrooms have good storage capacity and the double room is equipped with television. The bathroom is equipped with the usual facilities including shower over bath.

All of our properties are serviced by public water and electricity supply system. Bed linen, towels and electricity supply. There is no extra charge for these services.

To the rear of the property there exists a secluded garden offering a safe and secure environment for young children. Table and seating is provided within the garden area.

Off road parking is available in front of the property together with safe and ample street parking. While the property is situated in a quiet location it is within easy reach of the town centre by both vehicle and walking.

Pets and Smoking
The properties are all exclusively non smoking and no pets. (sorry no exceptions)

Transport Facilities
All terminals are situated close to each other near the town centre , approx 0.5 mile from our properties.

Supermarket & Post Office
Tesco Supermarket (which includes Post Office) is situated less than one mile from our properties.

Client welcome arrangements
Clients will be met in Oban on arrival (by prior arrangement) and personally taken to their holiday property where the owners will explain the facilities and answer any questions which you may have. A key to the property will be issued at this point.

For guests arriving by public transport we provide free collection by car. Prior arrangement necessary.

The property may be accessed any time after 4.00pm on the date of arrival.The property must be vacated by 10.00am latest on the day of departure.

There are several short walks to spectacular view points over Oban bay and the surrounding area. A short five minute walk will take you down to the waterfront followed by a pleasant walk into town.

With its beautiful bay, surrounding hills and mountains Oban is the ideal location from which to explore Argyll and the Islands. The town of Oban and its hinterland enjoy a rich history and culture as well as breathtaking scenery.

Oban is also a focal point for transport links with Caledonian MacBrayne ferry services to most of the islands.

The area can be explored by road or rail and for those visitors who seek adventure and solitude there exists a variety of water sports, off road cycling and mountain sports activities.
