We offer a newly refurbished, privately owned 2 bedroomed holiday apartment on the first floor of a much sought after modern development in Oban.
We are located only a 2 minute level walk from the town centre and harbour where the bus and train stations and ferry terminals can be found.

This bright and modern apartment is equipped to a very high standard and offers excellent quality accommodation for up to 4 people. 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom (two single beds). Travel cot, high chair and selection of toys are available on request. Bathroom with bath/electric shower.
Front facing lounge/dining area with views to McCaig’s tower and towards the Islands. Integrated kitchen with fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, hob with extractor fan, grill/oven.

3 Albany Apartments is situated on the same street as the Tourist Information Centre and local library which offers free internet access. A convenience store/newsagent is also situated nearby. On street parking is available immediately outside the apartment. A free long stay car park is available only a few minutes walk away.
The apartment is available on a week to week basis (Saturday to Saturday). Shorter breaks and weekend breaks may be available on request.
Oban
Oban is the largest and busiest resort on the north-west coast of Scotland.
This thriving community boasts one of the most picturesque rural settings
to be found in Europe with houses arising from the hillsides surrounding
the calm bay. Dominating the skyline is McCaig's Tower,
which has outstanding views across Oban Bay to the Isles of Kerrera, Mull
and Lismore.
Oban offers an abundance of restaurants, cafés and bars many with live music and ceilidhs. Oban sea food restaurants must be visited and are all within easy walking distance of the apartment. They are renowned for serving locally caught fresh lobster, langoustine, mussels and salmon.
The family or sports enthusiast can enjoy the excellent opportunities for diving, sailing, rambling, cycling and climbing within Oban and Lorn.
Oban is known as the Gateway to the Isles and the apartment provides the ideal location for accessing Caledonian MacBrayne's ferry services. Island hopping by ferry to explore Mull, Colonsay, Iona, Tiree, Coll and Kerrera provides an excellent island experience which can be done in a day.
Mull is the largest of the islands of Argyll and the island's main town, Tobermory, is famed for the cheerful colours of its waterfront buildings as well as being the setting for hit children's TV show Balamory.
DIRECTIONS
Getting there from the Information Centre:
On entering Oban follow "Signs for ferry terminal" through town
centre. At large roundabout exit into Albany Street at the Tourist Information
Centre and follow signs for the ferry terminal. Once past Albany Stores,
3 Albany Apartments is on the left hand side.
Getting There by Car:
Glasgow M8 west exit onto Erskine Bridge and continue along A82 Dumbarton.
Travel west along A82 onto Loch Lomond and begin journey north on A82
via Crianlarich /Tyndrum(A85) to Oban. Alternatively travel A83/A819 via
Inveraray and A85 to Oban.
Getting There by Railway:
Daily trains from Glasgow Queen Street to Oban. Apartment located a short
2 minute walk away.
