The Victorian seaside resort of Nairn with its picturesque harbour and miles of golden sandy beaches is less than ten minutes away by car.

This ground floor self contained apartment for up to 5 guests is situated in rural Nairnshire, having beautiful views from the large garden and comfortable conservatory across the Moray Firth to the Black Isle and Sutherland Hills beyond.
Torrich Apartment has two bedrooms, is well furnished and equipped and is located 2 miles from the historic and picturesque village of Cawdor and 5 miles from the Victorian seaside resort of Nairn with its extensive golden beaches.

Local amenities include golf at the nearby town of Nairn with its two fine courses.
Dolphin cruises on the Moray Firth are available from Inverness as is viewing of the famous Moray Firth Bottle-nosed Dolphins

The apartment is also ideally situated for day trips to Inverness and beyond including the legendary Loch Ness, Ben Nevis and Fort William, Cairngorm National Park and Aviemore.

Fishing is available nearby, be it at sea or by permit on the local rivers Spey, Findhorn and Nairn.

For lovers of the “amber nectar” Torrich Apartment is within easy travelling distance of the Speyside Whisky Trail and other local distilleries.
Adjacent to Nairn is the atmospheric Culbin Forest with its extensive forest trails suitable for walking, biking and horse riding.

Getting there from the Information Centre
From Tourist Information Centre in Nairn Library return to A96 towards Inverness, turn left onto Waverley Road, continue on Westbury Road, turn right at B9090 (Cawdor Road) continue to follow B9090, follow B9090 to left over green iron sided bridge, follow road to right immediately over bridge until reaching “Give way” sign.
Turn Right at Give way sign and left immediately after the wooden bus shelter.
Follow the road bearing to the right after about 200 meters.
Torrich is on the left at the top of the hill after about 200 metres.

Getting There by Car

From South: Take A9 towards Inverness.
Follow signs for A96 towards Aberdeen.
2 miles after Inverness Airport Roundabout turn right towards Cawdor.
Follow this road through Clephanton, Cawdor & Brackla.
About 1 mile after Brackla turn Right immediately before the wooden bus shelter.
Follow the road bearing to the right after about 200 meters.
Torrich is on the left at the top of the hill.

From East. Follow A96 towards Nairn.
About 5 miles before Nairn turn left to Auldearn.
Turn left immediately after the Covenanter’s Inn.
Follow the road towards Cawdor.
Keep on and turn left immediately after the wooden bus shelter.
Follow the road bearing to the right after about 200 meters.
