The Paddock was built in 2006 and offers all the modern conveniences to
ensure a relaxing stay.
From first glance Moffat is an attractive town, a coaching stop and 19th
century spa town.
Moffat is an outstanding conservation town with modern
amenities, offering lots of specialist shops, cafes and hotels, the beautiful
Station Park, Moffat Golf Club and many super walks.
Just off the M74, Moffat is ideal for exploring Dumfries and Galloway
and the Scottish Borders.
Within an hour’s drive to the west are beautiful sandy beaches,
castles and stately homes, hill-walking, lochs, rivers, farmlands and
quiet cycling routes.
To the East you will find the Grey Mare’s Tail waterfall, Sir Walter
Scott country and the ruined abbeys of the Borders.

Head north of High street following signs for Edingburgh/A701.
Take first exit at roundabout then first left into Mearsdale park and
the property can be found at the end just before the road bends left.
Getting There by Car
Situated in the south west of Scotland, Moffat is just 1 mile from JCT
15 M74- the main link between Scotland and Englend- follwo the direction
as from tourist information centre.
Getting There by Railway
The nearest railway stations are at Lockerie (11 miles) and Dumfries (21
miles) regular buses also available.
Getting there by Aeroplane
The nearest airports are Edingburgh airport 80 miles, Glasgow 70 miles
and prestwick airport 62 miles.
