It has stunning views of Melrose Abbey and the Eildon Hills to the front and open countryside to the rear.
This charming 3 bedroomed cottage, which has recently been modernised to a high standard, is fully equipped to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

This charming property has been tastefully refurbished in recent months yet retains its ‘cottage’ atmosphere.
It offers full gas central heating and double glazing.


Priory Cottage Accommodation

Priory Cottage operates a no smoking policy.
The cottage can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably.
1 bedroom is located downstairs with its own en-suite facilities, making it attractive to people with limited mobility.
The downstairs single/twin bedroom benefits from a large en-suite which houses a walk- in shower area.
Staircase in the hallway leads to 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, both have fitted cupboards and a W.C. is located between the two.

The newly refurbished modern kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob & oven, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.
The Dining Room has an extendable dining table which can comfortably seat 6 people and also houses the fridge freezer and more kitchen units.
There are 2 parking spaces located to the front of the property.
Small enclosed garden and patio area to the rear of the property.
Well behaved dogs welcome by prior arrangement only.
Disability facilities are available.

It is renowned for its’ historic Abbey and for being the home of the famous “Rugby Sevens”.
