Kirkcaldy hotel Situated in a very prominent position in the main shopping centre of Kirkcaldy High Street, Ahaven B & B is a stones throw from the railway station (5 minutes walk) and bus station (2 minutes walk).

It is also a few minutes walk from a wide variety of pubs, clubs and other entertainments. There is off street parking for up to 8 cars.

Ahaven Guest House Accommodation

This beautiful restored Victorian type accommodation features large, well appointed rooms - in a selection of single, double, twin and family rooms. Each room is approximately thirty-five square metres and has its own en-suite facilities, is furnished with a color TV, DVD player and freeview box.

Each room also has its own tea and coffee making facilities and hair dryer. Some rooms have sea views overlooking the Forth. Ahaven now accepts all major credit cards (except American Express) + 3% handling fee.

Dining
Our Traditional Scottish Breakfast consists of a selection of the following:
Best back bacon, eggs, sausages, hash browns, fried bread, tomatoes, toasts. We also offer a full cooked vegetarian breakfast, or if you prefer something lighter we offer it Continental style.

Fancy sampling our porridge? Let us know the night before, and we'll have some ready and piping hot for you next morning.

Attractions
Kirkcaldy is centrally situated for easy access to Edinburgh, Stirling, Perth, dundee, St. andrews and all the quaint costal villages along the "East Neuk of Fife". All are within a 45 minutes drive.

As the bus and railway stations are a short (5 minutes) walk from Ahaven why not leave your car in the car park with us, travel the easy way, sit back and enjoy the scenery en-route to your destination?

We are part of the Costal Walkway, for all walking enthusiasts. In the world of Golf, Fife in famous for two things: St. Andrews - considered the Home of Golf - and for having the highest concentration of golf courses in Scotland. Kirkcaldy itself boasts two excellent golf courses, one of them only a half mile from Ahaven.

Getting there from the Information Centre:

From the Kirkcaldy TIC we are situated approx: 200 metres West on the High St Kirkcaldy.

Getting There by Railway:
From Railway Station - Follow signs for Town Centre which will bring you onto the main shopping area. In the High St. head East towards the harbour. We are situated on your Right hand Side.
