Distillery Tours
A great round day trip is Dalwhinnie(home of one of the six Classic Malts), Edradour ( Scotland 's smallest) and Blair Atholl at Pitlochry, Glenturret ( Scotland 's oldest), at Crieff, then return via Dewars at Aberfeldy ( Scotland 's newest distillery visitor centre) - all have excellent visitor centres and you'll get a free dram in every one!

Castle Menzies
This spectacular sixteenth century castle, restored by the Menzies Clan Society, welcomes visitors. Seat of the Chiefs of Clan Menzies for over 400 years and importantly situated, it was involved in the turbulent history of the Highlands and here Bonnie Prince Charlie rested on his way to Culloden in 1746.

Luxury Shopping
House of Bruar (Scotland 's Harrods) and Clan Donnaidhaidh centre, Pitlochry, Perth with its wonderful shops and Caithness Glass centre or Crieff, which has a first class visitor centre, then return home suitably laden!

The Courtyard at Kenmore
‘The Courtyard’ at Mains of Taymouth is situated in the beautiful village of Kenmore, at the mouth or the famous River Tay. The Courtyard has been constructed around an open decked area with a view of the Loch. We also offer free car-parking for anyone visiting Kenmore to the order of some 80 vehicles.

Never worry about parking in this beautiful Highland resort again. We even offer shaded parking areas and fresh drinking water to ensure your pets are as comfortable as you are on your perfect day out.

Crannog Centre
The Scottish Crannog Centre is a popular visitor attraction on Loch Tay. It is a complete reconstruction of how the ancient peoples lived and worked many thousands of years ago. Enjoy a shore-based exhibition and visitor centre displaying some of the original house timbers and objects used by the Iron Age loch-dwellers.

Killin
A very leisurely and beautifully scenic trip, taking in Schiehallion, Aberfeldy, Killin and the delightful little village of Fortingall (featuring the oldest tree in Scotland), nestling at the foot of the eastern end of Ben Lawers. Try to visit Castle Menzies and the House of Menzies near Aberfeldy too.

Ben Lawers Visitor Centre
The Trust’s hill ground is a National Nature Reserve, especially for the arctic-alpine flora, and is also of international importance. We manage it in collaboration with Scottish Natural Heritage, to achieve a wide range of conservation objectives for both organizations.

These include the long-term survival of the native species of plant and animal and their habitats, protection of the landscape and the remains of the long history of human activity, ‘for the benefit of the nation’. This implies access for the people, and interpretation of the site and provision of background information.

Loch Tay Marina
Sensational water sports in the Highlands of Scotland at Loch Tay Water sports Centre and Marina.
Loch Tay Highland Lodges Leisure Park Marina is the ideal base for a water sports holiday. The marina commands one of the best stretches of water on the Loch. There are strong winds with clear runs from both East and West. As a sailing venue, Loch Tay is second to none on the Loch.

The marina also offers thrilling speedboat trips on the loch for those who fancy something a little more exciting. Leisurely skippered picnic cruises and champagne supper cruises are also available, stopping at various points on the Loch side.

Guests can enjoy a relaxing lunch or evening meal while surveying marina activity and enjoying the spectacular mountain scenery mirrored in the Loch. The Boathouse Restaurant and bar is situated beside the marina overlooking Loch Tay.
